Order processing: 1~2 business days. Shipping: 3~5 business days for the areas that support delivery in USA.

COSTS & DESTINATIONS

Currently, we provide FREE shipping on all orders to the US.

Temporarily undelivered areas: American Samoa, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas. Thank you for your understanding.

Customer should be responsible for the following cases:

  1. Returning items for reasons other than a defect.
  2. Accidental return, such as personal items, or incorrect products;
  3. Returning defective items in international shipping;
  4. The country where the item was purchased is different from the country where the warranty claim is made;
  5. Returning items were claimed defective but found by Aixsun quality control to be in proper working condition;

If the above happens, you are responsible for the return shipping cost of $30. Moreover, if case 1 occurs, there will be an additional processing fee which is 3% of the item costs.

Please check the product immediately after receiving the package, if the item is defective, damaged or received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can solve the problem for you. For us to better understand the problem and solve it effectively, photos or videos are required as evidence.
